PHEM缓冲液（PIPES， HEPES， EGTA, MgSO4）非常适合于免疫细胞化学应用中组织和细胞培养的制备。与PBS相比，它能够更好地染色细胞内抗原，同时对生化反应和酶活性的影响最小。此外，PHEM还能很好地保存细胞超微结构，尤其是微管，这对电子显微镜样品制备至关重要。

PHEM buffer (PIPES, HEPES, EGTA, MgSO4) is ideally suited for the preparation of tissue and cell cultures in immunocytochemical applications. Compared to PBS, it enables superior staining of intracellular antigens while having minimal impact on biochemical reactions and enzyme activity. Additionally, PHEM offers excellent preservation of cellular ultrastructure, especially microtubules, which is crucial for sample preparation for electron microscopy.
