检验原理：葡萄糖提供碳源；动物组织的胃蛋白酶水解物和胰酪胨等量混合物提供氮源；琼脂是凝固剂。

用法：称取本品65.0g，加热搅拌溶解于1000ml纯化水中，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，冷却至50℃左右时，倾入无菌平皿，备用。

常温运输与干燥保存，有效期3年

pH 5.6 ± 0.2 at 25 ℃

Principle of test: Glucose provides the carbon source; the mixture of pepsin hydrolysate from animal tissues and tryptone in equal amounts provides the nitrogen source; agar is the gelling agent.

Usage: Weigh 65.0g of this product, heat and stir to dissolve in 1000ml of purified water. Subject to high-pressure sterilization at 121℃ for 15 minutes. When cooled to approximately 50℃, pour into sterile Petri dishes and set aside for use.
