酒石酸亚铁试剂，主要用于多酚类物质的含量测定。原理：过量的酒石酸亚铁与提取液中多酚反应生成稳定的紫褐色络合物，溶液颜色的深浅与溶液中多酚含量成正比。测定总多酚时所用的标准物则需根据样品中所含多酚的种类而定，比如测定茶叶中茶多酚含量时，儿茶酚能较好地代表茶多酚，则以儿茶酚作标准物。
酒石酸亚铁溶液：常温运输，避光2-8℃保存，有效期2个月
磷酸缓冲液（pH7.5)：常温运输与保存，有效期12个月
Method for Determining Tea Polyphenols in Tea Beverages
Ferric tartrate reagent is primarily used for the determination of polyphenol content. Principle: Excess ferric tartrate reacts with polyphenols in the extract to form a stable purple-brown complex, and the intensity of the solution color is directly proportional to the polyphenol concentration. The standard substance used for total polyphenol measurement depends on the types of polyphenols present in the sample. For example, when determining tea polyphenol content in tea leaves, catechol serves as a suitable representative, and thus is used as the standard substance.
Ferrous tartrate solution: Transport at room temperature, store in the dark at 2–8°C; shelf life of 2 months.
Phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.5): Transport and store at room temperature; shelf life of 12 months.
